- For the benefit of its members NSC is committed to:
- Protect the interests of its members and give due respect to their opinions
- Maintain transparency in its operations by allowing every member to coordinate operations on a round robin basis
- Collect minimum membership fee that is required to meet administrative expenses
- Organize events by pooling in money to meet the expenses
